Yearbook Information

Please take photos for the yearbook!! Would you like to get your school activities documented in the yearbook this year? Would you like to make sure photos of you and your friends doing VPM activities are documented in the yearbook? Please send your summer fun or school related photos for print in the 2025 Olympian!

There are 3 ways to get your photos into the yearbook!

  1. EMAIL: send high quality photos to memorialolympian@gmail.com

  2. YEARBOOK SNAP APP from Walsworth: you can use the Snap app on your phone or tablet (Search for “Vel Phillips Memorial” and use the code: Spartans), 

  3. WEB UPLOAD: Use the Community Upload link from a Chromebook or computer. Link is also available on this page (below).  The access code is Spartans.

How to Purchase a Yearbook

The ideal time to pay for your 2025 yearbook is during enrollment with all of your other fees in order to have a yearbook ordered in advance for your student. The cost is still $50 and purchasing your yearbook in advance guarantees a book is ordered for you at the end of year. 

Senior Portraits

The deadline for senior portraits sent via email is NOVEMBER 8, 2024. The photograph should be a vertical head and shoulder shot. The image should be sent as high quality as possible to memorialolympian@gmail.com. Send as a high resolution digital image; minimum size is 2”X3” at 300 dpi or 600 X 900 pixels as a PNG, PDF, TIFF or JPEG file.  Please keep in mind the MMSD dress code when getting the pictures taken. The Olympian reserves the right to refuse publication of any image that does not meet yearbook requirements (too small to print) or MMSD dress code policies. If a photo is not supplied by November 8th, the student’s Lifetouch ID photo taken at registration may be used. 

Please be aware that many senior photos are taken by students or family members. Many photos are taken with high quality phones. Please do not spend large amounts of money for professional photos. Senior Tributes

Senior Tributes are due JANUARY 17, 2025. Anyone can recognize senior students in the yearbook with a tribute. Group or team tributes are welcome. More information can be found HERE! Please contact Joe Leibforth at jleibforth@madison.k12.wi.us if you have any questions.
